System intergration is not like it was once upon a time. AV systems have become sophisticated and peoples standards have grown dramatically. In the old days one would simply hang a speaker and aim it by what looked right with no thought of the room, it's contents and the people in mind. At that time, that was the standard. Now days though, things have changed. As AV systems become more advanced so does their operation and setup. A lot has to be thought about before hanging a PA, installing a projector or even where to put microphone floor pockets.

With all this in mind, we have developed a process that takes all of the guess work out of designing and installing AV systems while keeping it as pain free as possible.

 

The SoundCo Process


Evaluation
Whether you’re starting fresh and looking for a system in a new facility or your existing system is beginning to show its age, then it's time to give us a call.

The first thing we will do is to setup a time to meet with you at your location to evaluate your needs.

If you’re in need of a new system, we will evaluate your facilities and requirements to design the best system that will meet both your needs and a realistic budget.

If you’re struggling with an aging system, we will fully inspect your existing system and readjust all settings to achieve the best possible performance. If component failures or deficiencies are discovered, we will offer recommendations on repair or replacement to bring your system back to peak operating efficiency.

Design
All of our systems are custom designed. Starting with an on-site visit and interview to determine your functional and physical requirements and challenges. Then, using years of experience and ongoing training on the latest technology, we create the best integrated system solution for your specific needs.

Many of our sound designs utilize computer-aided-design (CAD) software to select the proper placement and style of loudspeaker(s). We first build a computer model of your room and then start the test. This software offers critical information, such as estimated reverberance of the space, direct and reflected sound from the loudspeaker(s), interaction between units when using multiple speakers, and most importantly the intelligibility of the system.

Whether you’re looking for sound reinforcement, hearing assistance, background music, paging, lighting, video recording and/or distribution (or some combination of these), SoundCo Productions can provide the systems to meet both your needs and budget.

Installation
Once you have settled on a system design, we will begin site prep work, installation, programming and testing of your system, adhering to our strict quality standards before sign off.

Training and service
Our custom attention to your needs doesn’t end with an installed system. SoundCo Productions includes comprehensive training to bring everyone up to speed on the new system, and we service all of the components we sell with an included service plan (just incase small fingers get ahold of some of those knobs).
